Access to Marmara Digital Systems is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect patterns of usage that compromise our platform's security or performance for other users.

2. Intelligent Property & Analytics Logic
The software, algorithms, and interface of Marmara Digital Systems remain the exclusive property of Marmara Digital Systems. While the data insights you generate are for your use, the methodology used to derive those insights is proprietary.
- Permission to generate unlimited internal PDF reports.
- No resale of raw data insights to third-party aggregators.
- Integration via official API endpoints only.
- No unauthorized competitive benchmarking scripts.
3. Limitation of Liability
In providing data insights and intelligence, Marmara Digital Systems relies on various data sources and algorithmic interpretations. While we prioritize accuracy, we do not provide guarantees regarding the outcomes of business decisions based solely on our analytics. All insights should be verified against your internal corporate standard operating procedures.
Istanbul Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be settled within the courts of Istanbul (Levent district).
